Still enjoying married life,
You know there's nothing as precious
As the love t'ween husband and wife.

Remembering your Wedding Day
The biggest day of your life;
When you both declared yourselves
To be husband and wife.
We stood behind you when you said those vows
Tears springing to our eyes;
The love that filled the church that day
Eminated from you two I can only surmise?
It reminded some of us of yester years
And how some of us haven't held true;
To those precious words of truth and promise
But we are so proud of you!
So wallow in happiness and be proud today
As you celebrate your tenth I think;
We are still your Mom & Dad although not one anymore
Our lives went so fast the years have gone in a blink.
Ten years what one is that?
We'll have to go and look it up;
Oh! It's supposed to be Tin
We'll have a beer and a sup!

And now it's a bit I did;
Our bodies don't keep up no more
If there was an auction I'd go and bid.
New knees ten a penny
Some new skin if you please;
These wrinkles are a feature now
A bit like chalk and cheese.
Beauty is only skin deep they say
And doesn't reach the heart;
So my darling"I Love You" still
Until death us do part.
