I don't know where to start;
But Sorry is really what I am
From the bottom of my heart!

Sorry doesn't seem enough;
Please give me a chance to make it up to you
Even though that's going to be tough!

I know I'm going to have trouble
Making this up to you.

Apology is seven;
If you never forgive me
I won't go to heaven.
I didn't mean to crash the car
I know how much you loved her;
The insurance will be enough
And restoration take place no bother.
Things just won't ever be the same I know
But a paint job will be nice;
They promised to sort it straightaway
You'll have it back in a trice!

I regret it, I do.
What I did, I regret
So lets make up and forget.

I can't believe you said to me
Just what you said that night;
But lets not spoil our friendship
Everything will be alright.
An apology would be welcome
But if I have to ask for it don't bother;
It turned out like many friday nights
Now I sound just like my mother.
So forgive and forget is quick to say
But not so easy to do;
So sorry can be the hardest word
That will ever come from you!

How do I tell you I'm sorry
With a gesture, a look, a touch?
How is it I never realized
I hurt you so very much?
I can be so insensitive
Just going around in my head;
Thoughtlessness was what that was
Let's make up and go to bed!
